BESPOKE SOLUTIONS | BOOSTING PERFORMANCE | ACCELERATING CHANGE
Fiona Anderson
Founding-director of Koolmill Systems and valuingYOU, Fiona swiftly unravels the complexities that inhibit individual and business productivity. She works in partnership with executives and staff, focussing energy on what matters most to accelerate change and boost performance.
From away days to one to one coaching - toxic team dynamics to mediation - major culture change projects to IT implementation projects - individual to team profiling using MBTI, DiSC, Five Behaviours of a Team, Strengthscope - soft skills training for leaders and staff - Fiona adapts her style to maximise the benefits.
Trained by Price Waterhouse Coopers, Fiona has a wealth of expertise working with Executives developing strategy and vision for change. In the knowledge that most change fails due to poor leadership and communication, she works with Executives and Managers to develop their skills and capabilities to deliver change whilst managing business as usual.
Using a blend of soft and hard skills, she works across the organisation, surfacing the barriers to change. Involving a cross section of people to develop solutions, aligning systems and processes, accelerating delivery of business benefits as a result.
Fiona led the development of Change Management across Royal Mail, building skills and methodology to embed business benefits from major change. She took over a national operations project and delivered £205m cost reduction over 18 months. This involved end users in the re-design, pilot, evaluation and implementation of new processes. As Regional lead for largest IT programme in Europe: analysing and realigning workflows, gaining complex and extensive stakeholder commitment to fundamental changes in working and customer interaction, the Region was identified as the one best prepared for roll out.
Fiona designs and delivers the content of a 4 day Business Skills module for professional staff studying for a Masters qualification. She is a regular conference speaker including The Manufacturer’s Annual Leaders Conference and University HR Conferences.
