Fiona Anderson:
Initially trained by PWC, Fiona has lead and successfully delivered significant change programmes. She brings a wealth of expertise to swiftly unravel the complexities that will both accelerate and inhibit culture change. In partnership with clients she focuses energy on what matters most to deliver sustainable, behavioural change and optimise business benefits.
Fiona is the Founder of the Greater Birmingham Engage for Success Network to Share+Learn+Inspire. She is an active member of the local CIPD Branch Committee; has received national recognition for Inspiring Employee Engagement in UK, Engage for Success 2018; awarded Exemplar, Driver of Culture Change, The Manufacturer 2015 and is a regular conference speaker. Recognised as a “thought leader” Fiona is invited to contribute to published articles.
Jill Munden:
Over the last 25 years, Jill has been immersed in cultures through her work with senior leaders and their teams, in a broad spectrum of sectors from manufacturing, professional services, construction, energy to education and health. She has a deep insight into the key aspects that create a great culture – one which is highly productive and is the fundamental reason why great people want to stay.
